Thinline Series Weld Heads ‑ 80, 180 Series

Amada Miyachi's 80 Series & 180 Series Thin-Line weld heads for spot welding applications are precision, low inertia, force-fired heads with narrow vertical profiles which exert 1.1 N – 178 N of force (80 Series) or 22 N – 445 N of force (180 Series).

The 80 Series & 180 Series weld heads are suited to a wide range of applications including the spot welding of batteries and the welding of battery tabs as well as medical device manufacturing and electronic component welding.

The Thinline Series weld heads are compatible with most of Amada Miyachi's resistance spot welders.
